How to donate food, clothing, goods and furniture
The Society of St Vincent de Paul in Canterbury relies upon the generosity of its donors to continue its good work of assisting those in need.
In addition to donations of money there are other ways to donate, especially in regard to food, clothing, miscellaneous household goods, furniture and bedding.
You can donate clothing at our suburban bins or at our shops
You can donate food at our shops
You can donate miscellaneous household goods at our shops
You can donate large items such as furniture and appliances - bring them into Stanmore Road shop if you like, or we can collect them from you.

To arrange free collection of large items please phone 389 7484 opt 3 opt 1 or email volunteer@svdpcanterbury.nz.
Your donated items will either go to people in need or will be sold in our opportunity shops to raise funds for the food bank and other welfare needs. Thank you for any assistance you can offer us.
